After Portia’s passing, Babalwa took leadership of Excelency Consultants (Pty) Ltd to honour her mother’s vision. But as the business expanded, family politics made it difficult for her to implement the modern, professional systems needed for the next era.
With courage, vision and respect for her mother’s legacy, Babalwa made a defining decision:
